Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients own final custom deliverables after full payment. BlueOcean retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, templates, processes, frameworks, reusable code, know-how, and general technical methods.
Our services may involve third-party platforms, APIs, cloud providers, software tools, or AI systems. BlueOcean is not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or failures caused by third-party services.
AI systems may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected outputs. Clients are responsible for reviewing and validating AI outputs before relying on them for business, legal, financial, operational, or customer-facing decisions.
Both parties agree to protect confidential business, technical, financial, product, and customer information shared during an engagement.
We work professionally and in good faith, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, funding results, market adoption, or error-free operation unless expressly agreed in writing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlueOcean will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or business interruption.
